Never got my order there not vary clear

My shipment was lost, and the promise to send another has fallen into radio silence. The promise to try to locate the lost shipment has similarly dropped. I'd hoped to find a company with better service than Fisher/VWR, but Spectrum doesn't seem to be it.

The VP of Regulatory Compliance & Technical Services and the Technical Services Manager refuse to answer my questions about the company's FDA compliance despite repeated requests over 5 months.

Not good

I've been waiting for copies of 2 invoices for about 2 weeks now. Customer service is very response. However, A/P is not reliable nor responsive.
