Ship date keeps getting pushed out

order was discontinued and cancelled without notice

When I was placing my order, the website would not give me an order number. A pop screen said that the order number would be sent to my email. Never received the order number. Tried again and also contacted support was told there was no order. Lexel has been trying to get someone to call us, but we are not receiving any calls or emails regarding the multiple charges on our credit card. I asked for an RMA to return the excess material we received and still have not received answers.

I have reached out several times to see where my order is and now wanting to cancel my order and I have not heard from anyone in over 48 hours.
