Extra long delays to ship product

The last time I purchased this it was the highest quality. However on this order my debit card was charged at first then the charge disappeared. Then a few weeks later credit card charged again then disappeared. I still have not received this product. Also it is 2 weeks past the estimated ship date. Also I have turned in tax exemption a few times with no response and no update to account! What is going on?

Placed a very standard order for one single product used in a mycology lab. Quite literally almost a month later I finally inquired as to when the item was expected to ship... and several days later I was given a generic response that the order was cancelled, reason given: we will not ship to residential addresses. When I responded i informed the company that the address was located in an area legally zoned for "mixed use" and that payment was made when i placed the order and I had not received notification of cancellation or a refund. The response I received: "It is understood that the lab is there; however, we would still not ship to the location. There is an authorization amount that will drop off." Though I appreciate that I discovered the curtness and lack of customer appreciation displayed in the actions of this company prior to establishing any long term business, I have to say this is one of the worst experiences i have ever had with a company of this kind in my 30 years of pharmacognosy practice.

Your policy on non delivery to businesses that have been granted use in residential zoning by the city of Knoxville is frustrating. I have worked as a violin maker full time at a residential address for 10 years. No activity other than violinmaking occurs there.
