Material will state in stock but did not ship until 6 weeks later.

Giving me the run around on an order. Told me it would ship around June 5th. June 6th they told me it was produced but getting ID tested and it would be now the 13th. 3 days later they tell me it's being produced and it would be the 21st. I had to find a different source

way too many surveys. I had to follow up on my order twice and it has not shipped yet. It did not tell me it was on back order when I ordered it.

I ordered on April 6th and it's May 4th and I still haven't received my order. They keep changing the shipping date. Maybe I'll get it someday or at least my money back.

Cholesterol was promised to ship on March 9th, 2023. I followed up and it was delayed to 3/14/2023. I followed up again on 3/20/2023 and it was still in production with an estimated date of 3/24/2023 or later. There was never any notification of delay, the responsibility seems to be on the customer to continue to follow up. This material was needed urgently.
