Ordered product on March 29 and it is now April 25.Extremely slow considering that it has been paid for in full.Still has not arrived.

If purchase orders sent by email, there is no response for weeks. Eventually had to call and had to leave message in voicemail. Eventually I placed the order on line and it worked. If you do not accept orders by mail to customer service then you should say so. Someone die call me back after I left a voicemail.

I haven’t heard a word about my order in a week.
