You formatted the file I sent you incorrectly and put the wrong clients names on postcards. My daughter’s name is Christina Morgan. Kate DeLomg is another client. I would not have known this was happening but my daughter brought me 5 cards she received at her correct address with another of my clients names on them! How could this happen? Why should I have to pay for this? How many other clients were wrong?

We just received copies of our last order and they are terrible. the photos are too light there are smudges all over! Please call us

all of my postcards have come out marked up when I get a copy. THey seem frankly cheap

Zero response over the years. There is no way to verify that the postcards were sent. We do not get failed postcards back BC of address or change of address. The design or format does not exude interest, shows mediocre messaging.

Ordered on Feb 9th and still have not received my order as of feb 24th
