The quality of print did not match the online proof I viewed. The words barely showed up. It was disappointing

I have now sent 3 monthly mailings in one farm area of mine and can only find from people on the list that they received 1 of the 3. I added myself to a mailing send Nov 1st and I haven’t even received it yet and it’s just about Dec 1. Not sure why but it’s frustrating. The online portal however is good, and it’s very easy to operate, user friendly and easy to upload etc.

It took 3 weeks for postcards to be sent and delivered and you said it would be from 8-14 days to deliver.

I have used you guys before, but sadly never received the postcards. Maybe they haven't arrived but it's been 14 days at least and nothing has come. I'm a Realtor and I rely on the speed you offer to get people aware of my listings.

We love the ease of your site and costs but the quality and smudging is so poor I think we are going to look for another service at this time.
