Course content was good but site is terrible. Always harassed to upgrade membership even though I have a yearly membership, and it offers discount for renewal but won't process discount code so you have to pay full price.

Difficult to follow the certification process

I am not happy with the choices of classes available. I do not like downloading the class on a PDF then reading the content. It would be easier if the class was available on the website.
