Very difficult to use website now and much difficulty downloading the certificates. Unhappy w the changes

I got signed up for some subscription that I did not want and had to dispute it with my credit card company. I will no longer use nursece4less for my continuing education needs.

Website was terribly slow, hard to navigate. Classes were awful, long, difficult and boring. Absolutely no customer support. I tried contacting twice with no results. Worst experience ever!!!!!

The advertisement about getting it all done in one price was a trick! After I got done with the whole process, I counted the CEUs, and they were only 24. 5! That was crazy. I felt like I got fooled, that’s why I canceled my subscription.
