The website seemed less user friendly than the last time I had used it - about 4 years ago. It is still fairly easy to download the course material and the certificate of completion. I did not like the fact that once I added a course to my account, it would not allow me to remove it. I did reach out by email for them to remove several courses, and they did - just not the right ones.

Didn't I just write a review? Should I reword it?

Found the website Confusing to navigate at times. Once in the course it was OK but getting from signing up for unlimited plan to picking courses was complicated.

Courses were fine but changes in questionnaire made it confusing and I believe unnecessary. I couldn’t understand most of the required information. First time since using nurse4less that I came across such additional information… I think I will be using another website for next renewal…. Given 3* for that reason!

It took awhile to log on and you should have a phone number that we can call speaking to someone
