Custom-Magnets

My reply from Customer service was satisfactory. They will mention something to their shipping department.

We are pleased with the magnets, shipping took longer than it normally has would like to be able to pick these magnets up to avoid shipping costs since we make many trips down to that area.

The magnets I ordered were too thin for the car - they just rolled up and fell off. They work best indoors on the fridge in a cool dry place away from the effects of the weather. You get what you pay for. Next time I will order the thicker ones.

Ordered the magnets and they work well.I just wish I had known to order to stronger magnets....These will stick but would prefer them to stick a little stronger.

Customer service gave me attitude when I asked about returns or exchange. Simply was asking if it was possible at all and was told like I am a child that I cannot do either. That is fine. A simple no sorry we can't offer that would have been fine. Also, the magnets are so low quality and do not stick to metal....
