Custom-Magnets

The outdoor magnets were not strong enough to hold together through wind. I had already cut and mounted them which means I wasted about $100 because I can't return them (I wasn't expecting to be able to after cutting them anyway). I will say the adhesive that is on the back is definitely strong and that works well.

Am not happy

Never received email invoice.

I was disappointed with my recent order of 5,000 magnets. I was under the impression that I ordered magnets that were 5 by 6 inches after I measured the size that I wanted. However, when I received them and noticed they were only about 2 by 3 inches I was concerned because they were so small and hard to read. When I went back I realized that they were in "square inches" which was very confusing. When we called to try to see if we could get a discount for a new order in the correct size we were only given a discount of about $60 after we had already spend close to $700 on our previous order. I will be researching other companies, because I was not impressed by the customer service or assistance we received.

The magnets look great, my complaint is about communication. I needed these for the end of the year, paid the expedited shipping and didn’t realize you were closed for the holiday. As far as I am concerned, I wasted the expedited shipping and would have appreciated a heads up when I placed the order as my choice for this shipping should have indicated my urgency.
