Doesn’t stick 100% to wall. Corners keep rolling down from top and up from bottom.

Hello, We recently received our magnet order and at first glance they appeared to be exactly what we anticipated. However when I started sorting through them I noticed that a number of the bottoms and sides of the magnets are scratched/faded/damaged. I am not sure if it's because of the way they were shipped or if your printer may have been running out of that particular red ink towards the end of the batch, (probably the latter), but 58-60 of the 250 magnets are damaged. I attached some pictures Pic 1. Shows the way the magnets were shipped, just all thrown on top of one another in a box. There was one piece of paper at the bottom of the box. Pic2. Shows the 60 that we are damaged. Pic 3. - Pic 8. Shows the damages I am referring to. Seeing how our restaurant's anniversary party is in less than 1 month (Saturday August 4th) how is Custom Magnets going to rectify this situation? Is there enough time between now and August 4th to send us better quality replacements?

Getting the supplies took much longer then expected. One of the buttons that arrived was broken, and the arrival of items was 10 less then what I ordered. I will say though that when I emailed and let them know about the broken button and the 10 missing buttons they refunded the money promptly. so good customer service, just poor execution.

Do not like the large sharp staples sticking out through the plastic lid. Too hard to get out and, just by handling the tube, both the my UPS driver and myself cut our fingers/hands on them. Next time I will have them cut to size, but I don't want to have to pay extra for the cutting. May try and find another outlet, sorry
