Common bond has been great to work with. They have been very good at communicating updates throughout the process. It was very easy and technologically appropriate for todays word. The rates were very competitive. I couldn't have asked for more in a company. Commonbond has helped me realign my student loan finances 10x over! I was able to consolidate and refinance a few of my loans. Their customer interaction throughout the process was very personable and I felt important in the process. From beginning to end the process of applying to loading documents and signing the promissory note was a very user friendly experience. The only minor obstacle that I've encountered is if I wanted to pay more towards my loan, the loan servicer (FirstMark) does not allow for partial/ additional payments. Other than that CommonBond has taken a load of my plate while trying to restructure my financial wellbeing!
