It was a very quick quote, however, I was looking for a 3% interest rate, and it quoted me a 5% interest rate, so I am taking out a lien against my truck :)

Did not pay much attention to the website since the rates offered to me were higher than my government loans.

I had to ask multiple times about a refund, and was told "oh we'll email you as soon as the refund hits" but I received no notice. I think the rate is competitive, but even just a basic expectation setting timeline or communication would make the process feel smoother.

It took an excessive amount of time to get a reply regarding my concerns.
