Great overall experience with CommonBond. One annoying item is that the servicer FirstMark does not adjust your payment when you sign up for automatic debit even though your rate goes down. Makes the payment higher and the statement confusing. Apparently, you can only re-amortize once during the life of your loan, which is weak.

I think everything about Common Bond is 5 stars, except for the approval process. When I submitted my application, I was told I would receive an approval within 4-5 days. It turned into more than a month. I actually had given up on Common Bond and then finally heard back. That part of the process really needs to be quicker or Common Bond should be more transparent about turn times.

I had a very positive experience with CommonBond, but there were an excess of emails when I didn't think necessary. I also had overlapping/conflicting emails, which was confusing.

I got a great interest rate with CommonBond! The underwriting process was a little lengthy however, I had to call them several times to make sure my application was in still being processed. My account was easy to set up and loan was funded with fairly little headache.

This company has great customer service and the application process is easy. Would love to have gotten a lower APR, but overall it is a great company
