I loved the interest rate... I am really pleased with that. However, disbursal took over 3 weeks. In contrast, with Marcus by Goldman Sachs, I received a great, but not as good interest rate with disbursal within 1 business day only, upon approval. So, the rate is excellent, the disbursal needs to be MUCH faster.

Overall, a very good experience. I wish I could manage more of my account and interactions through the actual common bond site. I can't even see my balance when I log in. I have to go a totally different site which makes me less tied to the commombond brand.

I love that I got a significantly better rate with common bond, I went from 8.9% down to 4.1%, which has made a huge difference in my ability to pay off the loans at a faster rate. Only critique is that I wish the firstmark loan website was more user friendly, making it easier to pay. I often am on the go and wish I could pay my loan on an app rather than logging in. I also wish the loan history/payment history was easier to access and see. But overall I am so glad I refinanced!

Refi process was easier than expected.

I have no real complaints about common bond. I like what I read about the company and its social initiatives. The only thing I'd like more clarity and easier access to would be the interest rate information. I mean you can find it if you really dig, but having it on the monthly bill and website would be appreciative.
