I want to note that you have done a great job and made the process fairly easy. I taking a half a star off because on some occasions there has been "No one available to chat" and they were during normal business hours. I don't always have time to make a phone call so the chat has been very helpful for me, I just wish I knew what hours the chat will be operating or not. It seemed very random when there would be no one available. Other wise excellent job I prefer working with, communicating, and doing business with you much more than Sallie Mae! There are fewer hoops to jump through and your customer care team is very helpful.
