Loved the offer that I got, the lowered rates, etc. but it was a bit confusing to refinance through them but also have to login to another site to pay and everything.

I am still very happy that I refinanced, given the significantly lower rate I received. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the rate was higher than what advertisements suggested.

I am very happy with common bond. The only thing I would want to improve is more instruction when switching from common bond to the actual lender and more connection between the two. Thank you for all your help and for such better interest rates. Your continued communication is appreciated as well.

The process was incredibly simple, the customer care staff were always quick to answer my questions and if they weren’t immediate they would send me an email as a follow up to the missed a chat. Overall I’m incredibly satisfied with the refinancing process. My only complaint was I wish it was disclosed that common bond was not going to be servicing my loan, I thought it odd to get an email from a different company about my payment when I hadn’t heard the name during any part of the paper work.
