Chubb in the US

Chubb is a very forward company that believes in servicing their clients to the best of their ability. You never realize this until you have reason to use their services. I recently had a accident (occurrence) My car was parked on Yonge Street in Toronto (it was parked legally) A person evidently did not realize the size of the car that she was driving sideswiped my car with damages to my car in the amount of $ 9300.00. The person I spoke to at Chubb understood the situation and advised me what to do. She made sure I went to the reporting center with all my information and registered the claim. She advised me to call the person that his me and advise that person to go to the same reporting center so all the information could be in one place. I called my body shop and had the car taken there. She called the body shop and asked that a estimate be prepared. She confirmed that the person that him me had insurance. She made a rather large claim very simple. It was a total pleasure to work with her. I thank you for the great service and having such a professional on your staff. Yes, you pay a bit more for insurance, but you get a lot more service for that additional money. THANK YOU
