Chubb in the US

I was the victim of a sign coming off a truck which caused damage to this car on a freeway. The owner of the truck refused to take responsibility or tell Chubb or me the name of his insurance company. Chubb stepped up, paid the claim, minus the deductible and even attempted to recover the deductible. Chubb was great in handling this situation!
