5 stars definitely! Changed my life! My hot flashes are non-existant

I give Inner Balance 5 stars. By taking it I was finally able to lose that stubborn menopause belly and I could finally sleep with no hot flashes.

I am so great full to Dr. Sarah. She has a created a product no one has come up with. Prior to Oestra, I was using Winona menopause body cream of estrogen and progesterone for three years. Within the 3 years of Winona products, it helped me with some of the symptoms but never made feel balanced. However, with Oestra 4 months in, I feel like myself for the first time. Talk about my skin is glowing for the first time and my hair is thicking. It is amazing to see the difference between using body cream vs vargina delivery. You get to own your life.
