I been taking Inner Balance Oestra since December 2025. I started taking because I was having trouble sleeping. I was having a complete two entire months without sleeping. After I started taking Oestra in just two days I started sleeping like sleepy beauty and since then I been sleeping great. Also, the brain fog improved so much I don’t have every day this problem. Now I even able to think a little bit clearer before I could not think clearly. My libido was great the first months but I don’t know what happened that I don’t have the same reaction when I started.
