Oestra has changed the game for me. I tried traditional HRT and it was awful. i was resigned to stay miserable until I saw an ad for this. I have zero side effects, more energy, regulated periods and I am way leas cranky, lol! I cannot recommend this product enough.

Inner balance has been life-changing in the best possible way. Every perimenopausal symptom I was experiencing has gone away. My sex drive is back. My vaginal dryness is gone. My night sweats have disappeared. My cycles are predictable and my periods are short and light (sometimes, I don't bleed at all! Woohoo!). I'll never not use Inner Balance!
