I’m very happy with my decision to go with oestra and love that it can be tweaked to my needs

I am a month in to my Inner Balance journey and have already noticed so many improvements! My sleep is better, my energy levels are dramatically increased, and I have no more mood swings. I feel like I’m back to myself already and can’t wait to see how things progress from here!

I have been on Oestra for three months, and am feeling much better, overall. A few symptoms such as irritability and bloating are still calling my attention. However, as soon as I have shared it with one those knowledgeable and kind Inner Balance nurses, I was recommended to schedule a free consultation with one of the Inner Balance providers (my next step on the journey). I am looking forward to that! They will assess my symptoms including what has improved and what hasn't. They will also be able to adjust my dose if needed and tailor my treatment plan. I am telling you this so you do know, you will absolutely have all the assistance you might need along the way. It feels safe and it has been mind blowing and incredibly helpful (and hopeful I must add). They truly want us feeling our best and I can tell you I am heading that way. One of the results that I have noticed right away is how much my skin has improved. It has been glowing as I have not seen in years. I believe my sleep has been better as well. I am still observing it all as it does involve so many different aspects, some of them not as obvious to pinpoint. The vaginal cream is handy and very easy to use and carry everywhere you go, in case you need to travel. So far, I feel very satisfied with Oestra. It has been meeting my needs at this tricky point of my life (in terms of this so intense hormonal changes I have been through). And I know it will only get better with Oestra! I feel blessed and grateful.
