Before starting Oestra, I could not sleep with any clothes on or covers. I constantly had to move my legs and body every few minutes. Even with a fan on me, I would experience multiple hot flashes every night and during the day. My hips ached constantly and I had zero libido. Also, my hair was thinning like crazy. I’ve been taking Oestra for 6 weeks and I am back to sleeping under the covers with pajamas and socks on my feet. I no longer have hot flashes, restlessness or hip pain. 3-14-26 I began my journey to health and wellbeing with Oestra. Best decision I’ve made. I have experienced one cycle since beginning Oestra. I stopped applying the lotion during the 7 day cycle. The flow was heavy for three days and then very light. Overall a good cycle. Life’s stressors don’t seem as HARD prior to introducing HRT into my life. I know it will continue to improve! I was a bit os a sceptic but was willing to try anything! My sleep is better and my hot flashes have almost completely resolved!

I've only been using inner balance for 6 weeks so it's very early on but it seems like it may be helping my crepey skin. Otherwise I feel much better; hot flashes are gone, sleep is better and I just feel more calm. I will continue to use the product and see what more improvements it brings.
