My order number is #386391944 1. I've requested Code signing certificate. Not SSL certificate. I don't know why are you asking me about the SSL. 2. I've requested the certificate 2 weeks ago. I've been asked to provide documents which I've did. Since then I haven't received any feedback or comment from your team. The only communication is this strange survey. I'm very disappointed with your service.

I purchased this on 8/16/2020 and I am still not able to use it. I have been in contact with Support. It takes them so long to respond and then when they do it has not been helpful. I am still having trouble and have had our IT working on it without a resolution. I am ready for a refund.

it's been over a month but still not receiving the product I purchased

This has been an awful experience it I was not this far into it I would switch to a different vendor. Sylvia has tried and now is working a different schedule. even the purchasing of the certs was a horrible experience. Just awful to deal with. If anyone care you can call me @ 508-532-5888
