Don't action your queries in a timely manner. I ordered a certificate, paid for it then was told they couldn't verify me as I hadn't provided company details. Told them I was an individual and to change it, provided valid ID documents, never replied so now asking for a full refund, no reply of course! Absolute rubbish!

1. Can't get in touch with a real human 2. Unexplained error that required escalation with support via several iterations of automated responses 3. Still didn't get what I needed
