I tried and tried with the chat system and even sending an email via the support system on the website and never heard from customer support to help me renew my ssl certificate.

- To cancel order/update invoice took too long - To verify and process certificate took too long. - The codesigning process for generating privatekey is useless (Using IE) - and documentation suggested FF68 and safari should work, which it didn't.

Did not meet deadlines, did not receive status update

I'm unable to generate the code signing cert, I've tried Apple and Windows IE. Support has not been able to help yet.

Purchased email ssl. Tried to get the validation email. Tried multiple times getting error messages on the web portal. Tried to contact support haven’t heard back from support for over a day now
