Get the impression that everyone is too busy to deal with you.

Your portal failed to send the verification email and when resend was clicked the following error was generated: Action Failed Function not found. Your support chat we no help, kept me waiting for over 30 minutes.

No browser on mac os supports generating the certificate. Even with firefox esr it‘s not working. Figured out only with a time asuming work around. Very bad experience.

Still have not successfully installed the certificate. Asked for a refund but was ignored. The least this company can do is provide clear installation instructions for Microsoft Outlook users but they do nothing.
