I purchased an email encryption certificate. But there is no proper documentation to validate and configure it. After that I tried for chat support, no chat support is available. After that I created a ticket having case number - 01931590 , but there is no response till now. I want resolution ASAP or return my money back.

I ordered online. When trying to complete my order on the EV Code Signing Certificate page the country was listed as U.S. despite me providing a Canadian address earlier. Website said to contact service to change country. I filed a ticket and still have not heard back. Bottom line: I placed an order and paid yet website unable to automatically accommodate shipping to Canada and customer service nowhere to be found to solve the problem. Problem still not solved. Extremely disappointing way to start a relationship with your company!

Website throws errors, products are not delivered, support randomly responds after long delays with terse statements that don’t answer questions or explain anything, and I’ve been waiting for the notification of my refund being processed for 18+ hours at this point. Avoid this company.

I’m a a customer since multiple years with various companies, but my recent experience with the purchase process, the technical limitations to certain operating system and certain browser and the lengthy, almost no one really knows what’s going type of customer service, seriously made me consider other providers from now on... too bad!
