The company never could get the certificate to where it could be downloaded. Customer service was slow to nonexistent.

Description is bad. Did not get my certificate.

Comodo was awesome. Now there I have three certificates spread across three accounts and two different UI's and no way to combine them. This platform is aweful and support isn't any better. We will be moving our certs to a new platform shortly.

I am trying now for the second time to retrieve my certificate. Can you imagine this service only works with Internet Explorer? I am a Mac user and had to install a Windows VMware to retrieve the certificate… What a shame! After buying the certificate, it takes days to receive the confirmation email and instruction is terrible. The old commodo system was not much better, but at least I was able to retrieve my certificate in time. >10 days working on this, no result so far!

I am still waiting for a refund. No one has answer my request so far. It feels like nobody care
