Nobody answer to my tickets, and when I contact them they redirected me to their technical support i think that is India or or something similar. I bought 2 code signing certs on the 18th and I still don't have a cert I can use. I changed the company name on my account to match our Canadian registration and sent the business registration a couple times but I don' have anything. When I called, I got an agent that had a super thick accent, I could barely make him out. The little I was able to make out: I was told they needed the business registration. Then I told him that I had sent i already. Then I was told it needed to be reviewed. He changed his story half way through!
