After buying the certificate online I could not use it for email enceryption.

Just bad chat where everyone connect to someone else and finally tell me to open a ticket and ends the conversation abruptly. The validation for Sweden doesn’t seams to work. And I’m just trying to renew an existing code license. 😖

I have been using your certification service for a number of years. Obviously, we don't need to purchase a Cert very often, but I have dreaded doing it every time. This year was no exception. The process has a number of shortcomings, is poorly documented on your web site and some of your staff are poorly trained. If it were not for our Sales contact, Robert Toms, I'm not sure what we would have done.

We didn't receive our product. Support is not responding.

Sectigo has increased their price for their Instant SSL from $99 per year to $149 per year. I don't know about anyone else but I've not gotten a nearly 50% raise this year, especially since COVID hit. How about you?
