Complete Nightmare, Stay Away
Purchased an S/MIME certificate. Sign up sent me four separate emails, one of which was completely blank. Certificate email validation, which was supposed to be self-service, was broken, resulting in errors on the page. Live chat was not user friendly, and support personnel directed me to submit a ticket for validation, and told me photo ID would be required (nothing about this on the product page). No apologies or acknowledgement of the broken software from the support team. On top of all this, user interface was very broken and looked about 10 years old, and refunds (which I promptly requested) apparently take 2-3 days to process. All in all, I wasted about two hours trying to get this to work. Save yourself the headache, and go with ssl.com. It’s cheaper, and I got up and running in less than 15 minutes.
