The email validation does not work properly

Very complicated validation for issuing code signing certificates. There is no logic in wanting to validate the address for issuing this type of certificates. I as an individual programmer, today i can live in one place and tomorrow i can live in another place. Only the name of the person, the organization and the country, in the certificate data, should be mandatory.
