On the valadation manager page it tells me "If you do these steps it will be faster..." but it lists no steps. Been 24hrs so far and no cert. I got an email asking for my experience ordering an SSL cert which I did NOT order, I ordered an SMIME cert...

Support does not work. No answer. Boring

After thousand try’s, I get a certificate which doesn’t work. The support tells me, the best way is to cancel my order, because the certificate was revoked. So I cancel the order, but I’m still waiting for an answer from the support and the money.

It's extremely hard to get in touch with support. Your online chat feature is great but it takes a long time to get a response from the support personnel. This is very disappointing. I've spent hours trying to reach your team.
