Never could get my certificates. Instructions were not current and did not work on my MAC.

It took us three months to get an EV certificate and in the end the package got lost which was sent to us. So again I have nothing. The entire process is long, inefficient and reactive. And that for a simple certificate. No way.

Not a good support which normally a customer is expecting.

Couldn't generate certificate. Sometimes the button did nothing, sometimes I got a message from nginx about a gateway timeout error.
