I am still waiting for assistance to get my order working

Validation process for purchase of S/MIME certificate ridiculously slow. Phone support was also lacking the ability to convey the process involved, to have a clear understanding of the validation process. I'm dissapointed so far.

I bought a personal S/MIME certificate and nothing worked. After purchase was complete, I received an email for verifying my email address. I clicked on the link and the landing page keepes refreshing by clicking on submit button. I tried 4 different browsers on my Mac and 2 on a Windows PC. Nothing to do. I then tried to get back to the admin portal, clicked on login and didn't work anymore. Browser keeps downloading a (wrong, inside the file there is an http error) crt file instead of opening login area. I went back to emails and find out that there also is a client portal, tried to login and my credentials weren't recognized. I then tried to get in touch with support with live chat when I discovered that you are using an useless chatbot. Horrible experience, I asked to be refunded.
