submitted the order 485865995 and next day was not able to login to upload the data. Email bounced back. Had to create another order. Now what should we do with 485865995? how to close it? Cannot reach the support

Poor Validation timeframes and directive help.

Poor help, can't understand the Sectigo support workers very well. These are in India and very hard to understand. Very Frustrating!

Problems with certificate - bad support

We had problems verifying our purchased certificate (didn't receive verification email and couldn't resend it). Your support didn't even seem to understand basic questions as if they didn't even speak English. Problem still persists.

Couldn't get it to work, slow and unhelpful support

Checking the FAQs provided instruction that didn't match the experience and could never get it installed. Tried to get support through the chatbot but it kept resetting and had to keep starting over. Eventually gave up, considering the money I paid lost, and went with another cert company.

The Validation Manager website is incomplete

Either the Validation Manager website (secure.trust-provider.com) is out of date, or the phone support phone number has been hacked. For the company name validation, I was told that I needed to upload my own drivers license or passport. None of the categories listed on the website asked for that information. When I protested that, the rep told me that the website was out of date, which is exactly what a scammer would say. I'm deeply disappointed in Sectigo's choices in its product flow.
