Although the SSL Certificate Service was outstanding the CodeSigning Certificate Service was dismal. We have put in two cases and still no reposnse. N action on validation. Online Chat service was slow and half hearted. case number 02201968 and 02199831 Its disappointing because we have also passed business to Sectigo in the past Hope someone responds soon

Terrible process, having to call support to download the cert, wasted several hours on a simple task - support is in India, hard to understand, background noisy, impolite, will have to find another cert provider, i don;t recommend this service.

Trying to get support from the validation dept takes too long to get an agent to engage in CHAT, email I still haven't gotten a response from beyond the automated reply, and I'm not even going to try calling as it just makes me angry sitting on hold.
