There seems to be a disconnect between what the "Matter Security Services" pages is saying and the emails I am receiving. Long delays in the Chat process Being asked to resend documents which have already been attached in the Validation Manager, hence Sectigo comes across as totally disorganized.

I am still waiting for the refund of my money.

After my purchase, I was not able to download my certificate from the Sectigo customer area, due to a clear software issue on the website (see Sectigo support case #02181863). While support was responsive within 24h and friendly, I am yet not able to download and use the certificate I purchased, which is unfortunate.

tried a few times. fail. purchased one more time. with no success again. I purchased certificates before, under old system of generating. it worked. not perfectly but worked. now with this new system it did not work. so, waisted 100 dollars and left without certificate (((
