I've paid it in half month. How can I get it ?

Immediately after submitting an order, I requested cancellation after learning that it was a duplicate order. The chat feature was unresponsive and my support ticket has not been addressed in 7 days.

You easily overlook that you can upload your own CSR and there is no warning or explanation what it means letting Sectigo generate your key for you. You can't choose between different options or formats when it comes to download the bundled key and certificate. For me the bundle was totally useless. I had to extract the parts I need manually and put back together in a .p12 of my own. In short: This workflow sucks.

Confusing site. Requires Internet Explorer. Requirements for validation NOT clear. Support very poor. Obviously 'offshore' and handling too many simultaneous support sessions - typically 10 MINUTES between question and response with no indication of activity. Confusing mixture of delivery channels with support tickets and separate web pages for document upload. Cannot believe that this is the larger certificate provider - would assume they had their processes down tight. Extremely poor user experience. Still not complete but it takes a day between queries/updates as the 'work' is done in the USA whilst attempting to offer 'support' from staff who cannot do anything other than read the same status details as a normal user...
