No timely update for code signing certificate i ordered

Purchase of a renewal is very difficult. There is not actual 'renewal' option, rather a new purchase. Sectigo sends several renewal notices well in advance, however no mention that an early renewal will reset the expiration date. No discount or pro-rated refund given for overlap.

When I buy certs for expired certs, validity should be more than 1 year. We always renew certs before expiry date, and always 2 weeks earlier. Renewal via Sectigo again should benefit customers not shortening our validity period. Will renew with digicert instead next year.

The fact that support communication is always available is really good. The negative experience was with the validation members who handled my order. They were not professional in their communication and not capable of validating Arabic documents issued by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

Buying the cert and taking my money was the easy part. You have errors in your automated validation process for the domain. I figured it out myself but it was very frustrating. Comodo was easier.
