I wanted to purchase an email certificate, but only after the purchase did I find out that it requires use of an outdated browser (which we can not use) to generate the certificate. Disappointed and still waiting on a refund.

at least you're smart enough to hide that fact until after the credit card is charged.

Trying to renew something that is an annual payment should be easy. This is beyond clunky. I had to chat with someone in order to figure out how it would work. Buying something new and walking through the initial steps over makes me rethink who I will move to in the future.

I had to redo my purchase 3-4 times before it would work properly. Your payment site kinda sucks. Your support person who helped was great. The site mechanics are dumb.

Not very happy, support slow and didn't give all necessary answers.
