Got the job done

3rd time I've renewed a certificate and communication was terrible this go. Documentation states emails would be sent with notification for next steps but I only received order confirmation and this survey. I opened a support ticket 3 days in and only received the case # in response. I was about to call today (12 days after my initial order) to request a refund and while looking for phone number for customer support, I noticed my certificate was ready for download! No email notification it was complete and no closure to the open support ticket.

Way too convoluted.

I've had way better experiences with getting my s/mime certificate before. Now I'm 2 days in and still haven't gotten my certificate to work.

EV Certificate Delivery Extremely Slow

Although I had a most helpful sales rep, it took about two and a half weeks for the EV code-signing certificate to come through, despite us having been through the EV verification process for an SSL certificate just over a month earlier. The website said it should take about 2 business days. It felt I had to chase for every small step to happen.

SMIME Certificate Update

Hi; We use Comodo SMIME certificates since more than five years. This week we had to prolong one email adress. Therefore we took Sectigo as the successor of Comodo. It's not clear for us, why you still need to validate the company and/or the user of the email address. Very complicated and unwanted delays!

Couldn't buy a certificate easily

I have previously bought a 1 year signing certificate. I wanted to renew that, so logged in and in my dashboard there was nowhere obvious to renew or buy one. Clicking on products showed me things I already had bought. I had to go back out to a main page to see certificates
