It's very frendly to use the support

So far, I have been unable to create and download the new cert. The button that is supposed to authorize my email does nothing. I’ve reached out to support yesterday afternoon, and have not heard back, yet.

They seem to use two order numbers for purchase orders which is not helpful. It means that the order number you are emailed is not useful for any kind of communication with them. Their phone support is hit and miss and they do not seem customer focussed in dealing with issues. The website experience is ok but call centre support lets the company down badly.

This is a code signing certificate. It was a painful process because they were looking for the company in Michigan, while everything clearly stated it is in Wisconsin. It took several phone calls with the validation team to sort this out.
