I’d rather have no skincare than to spend it here
Before this purchase I heard good things about zo. I ordered a $86 sunscreen, came in 3 days but when I opened it, it was a $50 product ordered by someone else 1. 5 hours away driving distance from me. I contacted customer service and they said they’ll send me a new product, 10 days later I haven’t received the product nor the tracking number so I emailed again asking for the tracking number. I got no response for over a week again and I followed up with another email. 3 days later they replied saying my package got sent to a pick up location 10 days before they responded. And oddly enough I got no delivery notice card indicating where to pick up either. However, I think this would not have happened if they gave me a tracking number to begin with. Anyways, so the second day I go to pick it up and they tell me it’s been too long and they sent it back to the sender. This is the most ridiculous shopping experience I’ve had in my life. Wrong order, no response, no tracking number, 3. 5 weeks later I recover no product. And they ended up being like ok well here’s a refund as if that helps with all the time I lost and all the emails I had to send and all the driving I had to do for nothing. Will not recommend this to anyone and will never buy again.
