My product came and it was frozen due to cold weather. They should ship with a “do not freeze” sign …. I tried to contact to see if the product was damaged not that it was frozen solid and I did not get any reply. Moisturizer seems separated probably because it froze.

I love these products and feel they work for my skin. However, they are extremely expensive and I’m extremely disappointed by the brand’s apparent disinterest in sustainability. When I raised this with ZO, I received an automated response which did not address my concerns. Their packaging is not recyclable despite the fact that it easily could be. I’d really like ZO to prioritise this moving forward.

Nothing special about this product

It doesn't work for my skin and condition. It was worth a try. Expensive try. They burn my skin like a generic acne pad does.
