Disappointed long standing customer
Couldn’t speak to a human being, which was very disappointing. I suspect (as I was never given a reason for the delay or if it was going to be sorted out just that someone was looking into it!) that my delivery got mislaid ? It took about 2 weeks to arrive and that was only after I emailed twice. I expect better from a high end company.
I don’t think I shall be purchasing my products directly anymore. It just seems as though you’re not invested in customer service.
